Brand refresh and ongoing creative for clinical trial software
I refreshed Medrio’s visual identity, then built what keeps it consistent: a template library, a web style guide, and a tool for product screens. Medrio’s ads, case studies and ebooks now come out of one system.
Client: Medrio, clinical trial software
Role: Creative director and designer
Since: February 2026
Results
One look across six products. EDC, RTSM, CTMS, eTMF, ePRO and eConsent share one visual language.
Templates for every format. Ads, social posts, one-pagers, case studies, ebooks and event materials.
A website built to spec. Medrio’s development agency built the redesigned site from my web style guide.
Creative that keeps going. Campaigns, launches and events, produced in the same system every week.
A sharper brand, built on what was there
I kept what Medrio’s customers already knew: the blue-to-purple gradient, the dotted loop, the friendly type. Then I tightened everything around it: color roles, type scale, imagery, tone of voice.
The new guidelines answer the questions a marketer asks on a deadline.
Templates for every format
A refresh only counts if it shows up in the next post. I turned the guidelines into a Canva template library: LinkedIn ads, partner spotlights, customer quotes, event invites, case study cards. Templates are easily editable, so Medrio team can handle simple ads on their own.
Case studies and ebooks in the same system
Long-form follows the same rules at two pages or twenty-eight. Customer stories lead with results. Research reports read like editorial.
Each one is recognizably Medrio before you read the headline.
Product screens in one style
Raw screenshots are dense and look different in every module. I built a tool with Claude Design that turns a real screenshot into a clean, on-brand marketing screen: same frame, palette and depth every time.
I used real interface, no invented data was added. Six product pages now read as one product family.
A website spec the agency could build from
For the website redesign, I wrote a web style guide for Medrio’s development agency: type scale, buttons, cards, forms, accessibility.
