At Rectangle Health, I partnered with Customer Marketing and Support teams to reimagine the customer onboarding journey. Together, we built a cohesive experience that reinforces brand trust from day one — through an email series that guides new users, outcome-driven customer case studies, and a full instructional toolkit for the Product Help Center. The toolkit included branded e-books, blog articles, and user manuals designed to empower clients and elevate their day-to-day product interactions.

The Practice Management Bridge Help Center serves as the central hub for self-help and education for Rectangle Health customers. Whether accessed through the platform interface or the Rectangle Health website, the transition to the Help Center is seamless. Visually, the hub aligns with the universal brand system — featuring consistent navigation, color palette, and layout for a cohesive user experience.
